Magda works in leadership development with the Baptist Federation of El Salvador (FEBES). She is helping churches to strengthen their leadership by training pastors to become more effective counselors and planning new work for FEBES churches. Magda also assists women in social programs and in projects to empower them to be more effective in society and church. In addition, she is a visiting professor at the Seminary in Santa Ana and intern rector at the Baptist Latin American Seminary. She also is engaged in the STEP program for El Salvador.
